SellerTag.com ensures your complete satisfaction with any product that you have ordered from us.
At Selletag.com we offer an easy 7-day refund and return policy.
We can be requested return due to mistake occurred from our end, such as incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise. The customer is requested to contact us by calling us at order@sellertag.com (please include your order number and the reason you want to return each item)
Also we accept returns, but we do not pay for return shipping, hence the customer must pay for shipping cost.
Exchanges and Returns
Returned products MUST be returned in "new" resalable condition, in its original packaging. A credit or refund will be given within 7 days of receipt.
Refund will not be issued if returned product is found to be damaged beyond use if it has been used or if product has been damaged in return shipping.
We do not exchange or replace product.
Restricted Items
- Items ordered in special request of customer by SellerTag.com other than listed on our site (i.e., now a custom ordered product).
- Entire Sexual Health related products and Nutritional supplies, Diet drinks and products having expiry date below 30 days.
- We do not accept returns or exchange for costumes, electronics, chocolates, candies.
Cancellations
For requesting cancellation of any order you have placed with Sellertag.com, kindly contact Customer Support department within two hours of placing your order by email: order@sellertag.com
Any request received after two hours of placing order is subjected to shipping fees.
While the guarantee on the order cancellation cannot be confirmed, we can do our best to halt shipment.
NOTE: An already placed order cannot be edited or modified (such as your billing information, shipping address and/or item quantity modifications). You are requested to cancel the order for making needful modifications.
